What You Can Do

If you know a defense personnel or a child of any Martyr, in genuine need, kindly email us. We assure you of an earnest attempt to reach out, in whatever way we can.

Let’s reach out to any Indian with no discrimination of Religion, Caste, Language, etc. It is in this spirit that our Brave hearts at the border protect our sovereignty. You can help such aforementioned directly too, not necessarily through this or any other organization.

Let’s try it – the conviction and confidence with which we’d seek help for others (selfless) not only has a greater chance of success but also generates a sense of goodwill and self-esteem in the system, as such !

If any of you are in a position (like providing education/employment/service) and interested to reach out to the truly deserving of any of the aforementioned classes, kindly get in touch, and we would contact you when the said need arises, acting as the Bridge between the needy and the potential provider. In such instances, the “Bridge” would be our time, effort and the goodwill generated over time, which was what Mrs.Bedi implored.

If reading all of this, sows the seed of thought and generates a concern for debt we owe to these noble classes of our country, the mission of this “Bridge Foundation” is, to a great part, achieved !

In the restoration work under “Mission Uyyakondan”, our Foundation supports “Citizens For Uyyakondan”, which is a common platform with NO hierarchy, for all the stakeholders (anyone who needs water!) to participate in whatever capacity we can, viz., physical, utilisation of professional skills (civil or environmental engineering / architecture / software / audiovisual / social work project / administrative / oratory / gardening), monetary, providing labour or material, etc., so that our “Three pronged-approach” (as aforementioned) could make progress.

Rehabilitation of the “biologically dead” Pasig River, Manila, by public participation gives us hope of early success in the “Mission Uyyakondan”, with which the Bridge Foundation is proud to be associated.

Updates on this mission are also available on the Facebook page: “Citizens For Uyyakondan”. Your continued support and suggestions are welcome.

Last and the least, if you would like to donate for the cause, scroll down to do so.

This trust is registered with certifications of 12AA and 80-G – a certification by the Income Tax Department which permits tax exemption for contribution to such defined causes.
